DEPOSIT/PAYMENT
After submitting your party request, Rolling Video Games of Chicagoland will review your request. When we approve the request, you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking. Deposit of $175 will be due immediately, with a link for secure payment by credit or debit card. Balance due is payable on the day of your party when the Game Coach arrives. Please pay by cash (exact amount) or by bank check or money order made payable to "Rolling Video Games of Chicagoland." NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE
We serve an area with a radius of 30 miles from zip code. Parties outside of of our 30 mile "primary" service area fall into our "secondary" service area with a travel surcharge added by distance. Please see our Service Area page for more information.
CHICAGO AMUSEMENT TAX
Parties in the Chicago limits (with area code of 606) are subject to the Chicago 9% Amusement Tax. This tax will be added by us after booking and will show in the amount due as such. We are currently not serving Chicago proper at this time.
PRIVACY POLICY
Rolling Video Games of Chicagoland is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Rolling Video Games of Chicagoland as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
DAMAGE/INJURY
Rolling Video Games of Chicagoland or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Rolling Video Games of Chicagoland reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Rolling Video Games of Chicagoland and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Rolling Video Games of Chicagoland Party reservation. There will be a $175 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received and more than 14 days from scheduled event. NO REFUND in the event of your party reservation being canceled within 14 days of your event. Rolling Video Games of Chicagoland will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty; to another date should cancellation be necessary.
FOOD/DRINK
Rolling Video Games of Chicagoland does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS
You may serve alcohol at a Rolling Video Games of Chicagoland event or party; however, drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Rolling Video Games equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately. We reserve the right to terminate any party if the use of alcohol is deemed excessive or unsafe.
TIPS
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
TRAILER PARKING AND DRIVEWAY ACCESS:
We must have a safe and approved place to park. We also need a fairly level area to park our truck and trailer. We require approximately 60 feet of space for setup. We will not travel on UNPAVED single-lane access roads or driveways due to safety concerns for our staff and equipment.
Booking any party constitutes your agreement with our policies.
